Subhajit is a qualified US IRS Enrolled Agent with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance and Marketing). Before joining KMK Ventures, he spent nearly 12 years with two Big Four firms specializing in U.S. tax matters. He brings extensive experience in global employer policies, tax equalizations, handling IRS notices, and managing foreign compensation reviews. Subhajit has worked closely with leadership teams across various companies, driving change management initiatives and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. He also served as a location leader for U.S. Global Mobility Services Tax at one of the Big Four firms, where he was responsible for managing and expanding the U.S. global mobility practice at that location. Currently leading the Tax Practice at KMK Ventures, Subhajit is committed to building a high-performing team to serve U.S.-based clients' tax needs. He holds an active EA license and CAF number, authorizing him to practice before the IRS, and has successfully signed and managed over 1,000 tax returns and notices throughout his career. A dynamic leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale engagements for Fortune 500 companies across industries—including financial services, consumer products, technology, law, and automotive—Subhajit is an expert in global strategy and international mobility. He is recognized as a trusted tax advisor who delivers innovative, business-focused tax solutions.
