Asit serves as the Offensive Coordinator at KMK. With over a decade of experience in public accounting and corporate finance in New York City, he is the torchbearer for KMK’s growth and innovation. Asit specializes in outsourced accounting and tax engagements, working closely with numerous U.S.-based businesses and CPA firms to manage their backend operations. He brings extensive expertise in overseeing backend processes for large enterprise accounting departments and advises on building efficient systems through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Asit is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gujarat University. Additionally, he has completed a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI as part of his continuing professional education.

Dhruvin serves as the Defensive Coordinator at KMK. He began his journey as a young, ambitious professional eager to make a mark in the fields of accounting and taxation. Through unwavering perseverance, he has played a key role in transforming a small firm into one of India’s leading outsourced accounting and tax service providers. Backed by a strong academic foundation, Dhruvin manages several medium and large-scale finance and debt syndication assignments for clients across both the United States and India. He also oversees KMK’s entire defense mechanism, which includes human resource management, employee development programs, and continuing education initiatives. Dhruvin is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gujarat University.

Dev leads the Special Teams at KMK. He brings extensive experience in managing high-volume accounting and tax return processing engagements for U.S.-based clients. Dev specializes in designing collaborative workflows that enable all stakeholders to work efficiently, allowing KMK to deliver large-scale engagements with both speed and quality. He oversees the entire backend team at KMK and is responsible for project delivery. Dev combines an enterprising vision with tenacity, underpinned by his strong professional and academic credentials. A national-level table tennis player, Dev has been an active sportsperson throughout his life. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy, and a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ahmedabad University.

Serving as a vital link between our clients and the India team, Bert ensures seamless communication and collaboration.
