He held senior medical leadership roles across U.S. Embassies in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Washington, DC, overseeing healthcare for diplomats, their families, and high-level Presidential and VIP missions.
He has extensive experience in global healthcare systems, hospital credentialing, crisis response, and large-scale medical operations. Post-retirement, Dr. Vyas served as Chief Medical Officer at Fort Lee, coordinating care for over 5,000 Afghan refugees.
Dr. Vyas holds MBBS and MD degrees from India, speaks multiple languages, has received numerous international and U.S. government honors, and is a dual American–Croatian citizen. He is an advanced yoga practitioner and an avid global traveler.

He is well-versed in navigating global employer policies, and ensuring full compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulatory requirements.
He has successfully led multiple large-scale engagements, overseeing tax compliance for more than 400 assignees, and has worked closely with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), as well as VIP and VVIP clients.
