With over 14 years of experience in Learning & Development, Nirali has led impactful training programs across multiple industries. She was honored with the prestigious Dr. Radhakrishnan Award in recognition of her exceptional service. Her expertise was shaped by rigorous Train-the-Trainer programs early in her career, instilling in her the belief that practical training is a continuous, strategic journey. To date, Nirali has trained over 800 professionals, driven by a deep passion for helping others grow and the fulfillment of seeing her trainees succeed.
