Komal’s journey in training and development began over 7 years ago as an IELTS trainer. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of organizations—BPOs, startups, manufacturing companies, and KPOs—gaining rich experience in Voice & Accent Training, Soft Skills, and Behavioral Training. Her passion lies in working closely with clients to understand their requirements and creating programs that bring real change. Over the years, she has helped professionals grow in confidence, improve the way they communicate, and develop stronger approaches to building trust and credibility. Currently working as Lead Trainer, Komal continues to learn, explore, and evolve—striving each day to become the best version of herself while empowering others to do the same.
