Kalpesh Patel is a Chartered Accountant with over seven years of experience in finance and accounting. At KMK Ventures, he works as a Controller, managing financial operations for a fast-growing multi-entity organization. Here, he leads a team across financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, FP&A, system implementations, and internal controls, while also handling audit support, CFO alignment, acquisition accounting, and consolidated reporting. Focused on process improvement and reliable reporting, Kalpesh ensures accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial governance. Before joining KMK, he spent five years at a mid-sized Chartered Accountancy firm in audit and Virtual CFO services. He is a member of ICAI and holds a commerce degree from Gujarat University.
