Drashti is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Company Secretary (ICSI), holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MKB University. She brings over six years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and corporate compliance, including a tenure in investment banking and five years with a U.S.-based real estate organization. In her current role as AVP – Finance at KMK, Drashti is responsible for a wide range of critical finance functions, including accounting finalization and reporting, compliance management, working capital oversight, budgeting, and customer and vendor relationship management. She actively analyzes financial data to generate meaningful operational insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance overall business performance. Drashti is recognized for her deep expertise in Indian corporate laws, strong financial acumen, and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Her methodical approach to compliance, combined with her ability to deliver clear and actionable financial analysis, contributes significantly to KMK’s commitment to operational excellence and client-focused financial management.
