Asit serves as the Offensive Coordinator at KMK. With over a decade of experience in public accounting and corporate finance in New York City, he is the torchbearer for KMK’s growth and innovation. Asit specializes in outsourced accounting and tax engagements, working closely with numerous U.S.-based businesses and CPA firms to manage their backend operations. He brings extensive expertise in overseeing backend processes for large enterprise accounting departments and advises on building efficient systems through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Asit is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Gujarat University. Additionally, he has completed a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI as part of his continuing professional education.
